Contract termination and express termination clause
The Novello Cavazza farm has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply communicating it to the customer indicating the reason; in this case the customer will be entitled only to the refund of any sum already paid. The obligations assumed by the customer, as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes with the authorized means, are essential, so that by express agreement, the default by the customer of only one of these obligations will determine the resolution of contract law pursuant to art. 1456 cc, without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to the right for the Novello Cavazza farm to take legal action for compensation for further damage.

Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/05, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.

Withdrawal period
The customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased good.


Withdrawal notification
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user is required to inform the Novello Cavazza farm, via del melograno 35, Manerba del Garda, 25080 Brescia, Tel. 0365551012, email info@oliocavazza.it of his decision to withdraw from this contract. through an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To this end, it is possible, but not mandatory, to use the model withdrawal form (below).


Respect for the withdrawal period
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of this period.


Effects of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within 14 days of receiving the goods, send a communication to info@oliocavazza.it. The Company will therefore reimburse the amounts paid by the customer as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the above communication, retaining only the amount of the shipping costs, which will remain definitively at charged to the customer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the buyer for the initial transaction. The right of withdrawal applies only to intact goods at the time of return and cannot be exercised for products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to alter or deteriorate rapidly.


Right of retention
The reimbursement can be suspended until the goods are received or until the user demonstrates the return of the goods, if previous.


Return of goods
The user is requested to send back the goods or to deliver them to Azienda Agricola Novello Cavazza via del melograno 35, Manerba del Garda 25080 Brescia without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from this contract . The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the expiration of the 14 day period. The Novello Cavazza farm will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging; only in this case will he send the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products.


Shipping cost
The transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the customer and for any return to the Novello Cavazza farm are not refundable. All transport costs to return the products are borne by the customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the seller's home;

Compensation in the event of a decrease in the value of the assets
The user is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods deriving exclusively from a treatment of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
